Refund policy

RETURNS: All returns must be authorized in writing.  The products must be unused and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on special orders, custom products or clearance items.  The customer must prepay freight and applicable brokerage fees on authorized returns, and shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and handling fee. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
